MENTERI SARAWAK IMPORT WABAK EXTREMISME AGAMA

  5. They guy brought in large number of holy books and CDs into the country. Of course it would drew suspicion to the officials manning the country's entrance. Why a lot of these stuff were here in the first place. After all, what he brought in were holy books in large number. Of course it would raise eyebrows to Muslim majority country such as Malaysia.
Any customs officials would had felt guilty if they let them through. It would raised even more eyebrows if the customs green lighted the stuff without proper checking. Further investigation need to be carried out before approval of any kind were given. If the explanation were not satisfactory, the items need to be withheld.
The guys basically were just following proper procedures put in place here, i.e. they were just doing their job. It wasn't an issue after all. This is not unique to our airport, any other airports doing the same. The officers actually were right to pull the the break on them. Why the stuff was brought into the country in large quantity is a big deal. in fact a huge one to the authority's concerned. Where and to whom they were meant to? If there any papers to ascertain them? Were there prior approvals from authorities concerned? Can you prove them?
All of these stuff gonna take some time. It need to go through some process. If the answers were not satisfying, further probe need to be carried out. It is exhausting and time consuming. If he didn't want to waste anybody's time, he should come clean with it. He should declared to the officials at the entrance if he felt what he brought in would set the alarm off. If he was keeping mum, he was only complicating things.
It was only natural for the officials manning the entrance to feel suspicious. The stuff need to go through some procedures before release. I mean, what's the problem here? If they found nothing amiss and the items were clear later on, they will be returned to the rightful owner. It is not like they're holding it like forever or something. I don't understand why some people get so worked up. The parties concerned could always went to customs or other authorities for further clarification, you know to follow stuff up. If they're still not satisfied with it, there are other channels to pursuit. They could always took their case to the minister in charge so he or she could brought them up to the cabinet. This is more sensible and practical rather than rushed to the so call free media already mangled with their view screaming religious intolerance.

James Masing sendiri masih konfius dgn definisi bangsa dibawah undang-undang SWK. Tapi cakap, mcm seorg PHD.
