THIS IS NO LONGER DR MAHATHIR MANAGEMENT ERA

PANDANGAN  DARI PAK LONG:THERE IS NO WRONG IF NAJIB WANT TO DELEGATE POWER TO A TEAM TRUSTED BY HIM

For me the situation may worrying when the PM seems cannot control some of his advisers around him that have the oppoturnity to influence decisions and management of the country.

We must bear in mind that this is no longer Dr Mahathir management era where every things is centralised and all are up for Dr Mahathir perusal. In Najib's era, there is much of decentralised management and delegation.

In a view of management, there is no wrong whether you want to be autocratic that is to say that you want to control everything or you want any decision to be collectively discussed so long it benefits the people you manage.

So there is no wrong if Najib wants to delegate the role to check everything or something to a team trusted by him or to any individual. However in choosing this method, he must make sure the validity, ability, integrity and insanity of the people or team that he chased. He should from time to time review their progress and development. Or else, things may start to run on its own.

I think that is why Tun Mahathir voiced out his concerns. I think it is about something that need to be relook into by Najib. It is not that Tun wants the PM to step down as some of us think.

Maybe we must differentiate between political advisors and business advisors. Some business advisors should not make decisions that may affect the policy of the country drastically or against the current political policy. If that is happening then the country is running out of its track.

There is balance in everything in this world and Malaysia as a country of three major races is a tough country to manage. Tun Mahathir spent his years as PM of the country doing this tough work of balancing. When there is no longer balanced, we shall see imbalance then the state of chaotic.

  1. When the CM dares to behave like the chief of gangster and KNP can be challenge and cursed (dimaki hamun) it shows there is no longer balanced and the country is already in chaotic state.People lost confidence in judiciary, lost confidence in PM..

  2. IGP was ordered by High Court to arrest a Muslim convert who abducted his younger child from his ex- wife.
According to Star Tan Sri Khalid has become the country"s first IGP and possibly throughout the Commonwealth to face a mandamus order which was issued by the Ipoh High Court.

This is only possible under The Najib . His further brought the integrity to this nation but his son ruined them i one by one. Najib brings shame and demoralised the moral of his own religion and race. Shame on you Najib.Police also lost respect in you. What more you want to hapus? ISA and what else so tht you can be accepted by non muslim and by Obama.

  3. "When there is no longer balanced, we shall see imbalance then the state of chaotic"

Thats the main reason, PM Najib has to listen and take remedial actions soonest possible. The worry, voiced by Tun M, came from the rakyat itself and partly from his experiences, himself.

If the management is excellent, then everything will be in order. Decentralise management is good but Malaysia, is a country whereby good politics need to cater for the varities. To mould into one, is a real tough challenge. So, there will be no void for mistakes.

    Mistake mean chaos

Rajinlah bekerja.Rajin beribadat.Rajin membantu yg memerlukan.Jangan rajin minta bantuan saja.Nak buka sekolah minta duit, nak belajar ke yemen minta duit jemaah.Kerja dan simpanlah duit ,berjimat kalau nak belajar.Kalau sejuta melayu rajin tetapi 15 juta malas bangsa itu dipandang malaslah.as simple as that.Ini tidak kata aja malas melenting.Mula pointing fingures. Rajin2lah dalam apa jua bidang anda ceburi.Jangan asik berpolitik pagi petang.Dah jemu dah.

  6. I'm sorry, but Najib's failure about a PM is too far wide reaching and not limited to his usage of consultants on economic matters alone. The problem is he uses consultants everywhere -- for communications, branding, marketing, strategising key areas, etc.

    And yet!

He can't use the time that should have freed him, to govern the country properly. The nation is slowly turning into a chaotic mess, what with Selangor, Penang, Sabah and Sarawak. But the PM is both incompetent and clueless to do anything. He can't seem to handle basic law and order -- for that he also needs consultants to advice him!

My goodness. Is there any area at all where he can make his own decisions?

  9. Kalau orang macam AMBIGA melalak Malaysia negara POLIS, biarkan. Jgn ambek pusing. Biar dia yg pusing2x kepala sampai mabuk. Kita buat selamber derk jer. Makin dilayan, makin byk nanti pusing2x dia.
