EROTIC VIDEO SEX: MALAYSIA AWAIT WARNING FROM HOME MINISTER

Vivian Lee
Today (18 October 2012) The Star newspaper published a confession by a woman from Johore, Vivian Lee 23, that she posted the erotic pictures and videos of her sex act with her boyfriend, Alvin Tan Jye,  24, and that she has no regrets exposing her sex life to the public. “If the Westerners can, why can’t we Asians do it?” she asked.

She said, “ I see nothing wrong in posting the nude pictures and videos of our sexual relationship on the Internet. It was intended for the world to see how much we love each other.

“I cannot understand why people have to make so much fuss about this when it is our private affair,” she said.

The first question many people will ask is, if it is a ‘private affair’ why make it a public affair?

Alvin Tan Jye
Her boyfriend, Alvin Tan Jye Yee, a student  of the National University of Singapore and an Asean scholarship holder, shared his girlfriend’s views and said that they would continue having ‘a lot of sex’ and would record them.

The Singapore media has also exposed this.

Certainly this will be a controversial issue legally, whether it is dealt with the easy way or the Attorney-General Chambers and lawyers, delaying the case, despite the parties involved having confessed to doing it. What is the difference between someone who exposed a video recording of other people’s sex act and that of a person who exposes a recording or pictures of his/her own erotic act.

In this case, like in other cases, the government will be seen as been  forced to take action and not on its own initiative, and before that, we have to listen to the warnings issued by Home Minister Datuk Hishamuddin Tun Hussein Onn.

For certain the reaction from the Bar Council, Marina Mahathir, Azmi Shahrom and others, will also be awaited by the public because we do not want to embarrass our country which is now leading in democracy, in fact , ahead of the US where sex is concerned.

What is there to be shocked about when the people have accepted free sex, even the PAS Islamic party has accepted a homosexual as its leader. PKR received well the “nude” exposure of its woman assemblyman and Chua Soi Lek has been forgiven.

In this matter, the most rational thing to do is to what for the warning from the Home Minister.

What is certain is that Singapore, which embraces the high moral values of the country’s father of Independence , Lee Kuan Yew,  take action earlier than Malaysia. Wait and see.
